2007 was a busy year for ASFN.  The 2nd annual Palmetto Alpaca Classic was a success.  Members also enjoyed local chapter meetings and quarterly meetings featuring special workshops, industry news and more.  In October 2007, ASFN hosted Steve Hull, Ph.D. for an in-depth seminar, "Alpacas: All Techniques Considered."  ASFN's Annual meeting featured guest speakers Starr Cash and Sherry Watkins on fiber topics including the AFCNA (Alpaca Fiber Co-op of N. America), fiber health and breeding considerations, and fiber arts.
